A prospective Labour MP who once said Gordon Brown was the "worst prime minister in history" posed as a masseuse to grope a young woman and pester two teenage girls for sex.
Pervy Manish Sood kissed a 22-year-old woman on her bottom claiming it was "therapy" and offered to pay two girls, aged 14 and 15, to come to his home for "massages".
He was branded a "dirty old man" by a judge at Leicester Crown Court after he admitted sexual assault and causing or inciting two teenagers to engage in sexual activity.
But he escaped jail and instead given a three-year community order with supervision and banned from having contact with children under 16.
Sentencing, Judge Michael Pert QC told him: "It's conduct of a dirty old man, and you're not even old.
"The psychiatric report makes it plain there's no connection between this and your mental health problems."
Divorced Sood, 40, hit the headlines two years ago when he stood as a Labour candidate for Norfolk North West but openly criticised Gordon Brown days before the general election.
In an outspoken interview with his local paper he said: "The loss of social values is the basic problem and this is not what the Labour Party is about.
"I believe Gordon Brown has been the worst prime minister we have had. It is a disgrace and he owes an apology to the people and the Queen."
The court heard Sood posed as a professional masseuse on website Gumtree when he met the 22-year-old woman in January last year.
She went to his home in Leicester for a massage but when she arrived Sood led her to his bedroom telling her he was going to demonstrate "aroma and tantra".
He massaged over her clothes, fondled her and kissed her stomach. He then yanked down her leggings and underwear and kissed her bottom.
His traumatised victim then fled his house.
Weeks later, on February 6 last year, Sood contacted a 14-year-old girl after she posted an advert on Gumtree seeking a part-time job.
He offered to pay her £20 to lie down on a couch and have a massage but she refused.
Sood continued to plague her with 27 phone calls and 15 text messages begging her to come to his home.
The court heard he also peppered the girl's 15-year-old friend with 26 texts and 152 phone calls in just three days asking her to meet him for "physical tantra".
He also told offered to pick her up for school and told her to bring "toe rings and condoms" with her.
On one ocassion brazen Sood offered to pay the girl £200 in front of her horrified teacher.
When he was arrested he told officers he had "sexual motives" towards the schoolgirls but claimed he had taken medication which made him "forgetful."
Sood was slapped with a three-year community order with supervision and banned from having contact with children under 16. He was also ordered to attend a sex offender group work programme.
Robert Underwood, defending, said: "He's aware of the shame he's brought upon his family.
"His mother is in court but his brother no longer wishes to have anything to do with him.
"Another consequence is that he's lost his job.
"He's a hard working man from a caring family who are very active in their civic responsibilities."
He refused to comment outside court.
