Former Prime Minister Tony Blair opens a high-profile week of evidence at the Leveson Inquiry on Monday, where he is to discuss his relationship with the media while in office, as well as his views on the state of the press.
Mr Blair, who was prime minister from 1997 to 2007 and won three general elections, is a deeply dividing character in British politics.
Nowhere is this more apparent than on the social networking site Twitter, where his evidence session has been met with equal amounts of wonder at his oratory skills and flailing hand gestures and ire at his political legacy, particularly the war with Iraq.
