Stress can have negative effects on our health. Studies suggest that stress could disrupt short-term memory, put strain on the heart or even speed the spread of breast cancer.

With a quarter of Brits admitting to getting stressed everyday, HuffPost UK Lifestyle wanted to highlight the impact stress can have on our body.
