Banks in Cyprus have reopened, with large queues of people trying to withdraw their money.
It is the first time citizens have been able to get hold of their savings for two weeks, after the enforced closure following the controversial EU bailout.
Strict limits have been placed on withdrawals, and border controls have been set up to stop people taking cash out of the country.
Police were deployed outside branches amid fears of a run on the banks.
However, despite the queues, the mood was reported to be calm.
