Phoebe Simpson Reunited With Lost Teddy After The Internet Helped Track Him Down (PICTURE)

A little girl has been reunited with her beloved teddy just in time for Christmas – and it’s all thanks to YOU.

And if that weren’t enough to warm the old cockles – here is a picture to show just how thrilled little Phoebe Simpson was to have cuddly lion ‘Roar’ back in her arms.

The touching image was posted on Facebook page Spotted: On The Train, which played an integral part in bringing the pair back together.

Passenger Lauren Vranch came across Roar on an East Coast train to Kings Cross this weekend.

A Twitter hunt ensued – as did a fantastic series of pictures of Roar enjoying a brief holiday in Newcastle with Vranch.

The denizens of Facebook also stepped in and Phoebe’s Ben father was eventually alerted to the discovery of Roar.

Giving thanks for everyone’s efforts, Mr Simpson revealed Phoebe had “been in tears all weekend” but was now “over the moon”.
