The 'Good Morning Britain' presenter vamped it up in the stunning strapless gown as she arrived at the event at London's Grosvenor House Hotel.
The 43-year-old looked every inch the golden girl in the Ariella Couture gown, a celeb favourite including Michelle Keegan, Sam Faiers and Myleene Klass, who have all worn the label in the past.
Susanna was joined at the event by her 'Good Morning Britain' co-presenters Ben Shepard, Charlotte Hawkins and Sean Fletcher.
The Pride of Britain awards were founded in 1999 and honour the UK's unsung heroes from all walks of life who are nominated by the public.
Susanna joined the judging panel of this year's awards for the first time and admitted she was was moved to tears by the stories of courage, selfless sacrifice and heroism.
And host Carol Vorderman confirmed it didn't take long for Susanna to be reaching for the tissues, saying: “Susanna Reid helped out this year and I said to her in the morning, ‘You'll be a wreck by 5pm.’ She was by about 3!
“You'd have to be pretty hard-hearted not to get emotional.”
Other guests at Monday night's event included Cheryl Fernandez-Versini and her new husband Jean Bernard, and Simon Cowell and Lauren Silverman, Amanda Holden, Tulisa Contostavlos, Abbey Clancy and Russell Brand.
