Along with grey hair and wrinkles, bingo wings can sometimes feel like an inevitable part of ageing.
But personal trainer Chris Freytag says you can get toned arms at any age - you just need to know the right exercises.
The key to banishing bingo wings for good is working out your triceps.
In the above video, Freytag demonstrates her top exercise for this area called Triceps, Dips and Kicks.
You don’t need any equipment for this one, your body weight works the muscles for you.
To complete the exercise, sit on the floor with your feet flat, shoulder-width apart.
Place your fingertips on the floor behind your back and facing your glutes.
To get the most out of this exercise, it’s important to maintain good posture with shoulders back and a straight back. Imagine there’s a piece of string attached to the top of your head and someone is pulling it towards the ceiling if this helps.
Then lift yourself off the floor with your elbows pointing back and lower yourself back down.
You should feel a workout in the back of your arms.
Repeat the movement while lifting one foot in the air for a harder workout.
Complete the movements several times and get ready to wave goodbye to those pesky bingo wings.
