Amal Clooney has denied being pregnant (boo) after a recent pictured sparked a rumour she was expecting her first child with new husband George.
George Clooney's rep issued a simple and clear denial of the rumour, telling People magazine: "Amal Clooney is not pregnant."
The rumour mill went into overdrive when Amal was spotted at Soho House in West Hollywood in a full-skirted dress with a white coat worn over the top, which created the look of a tiny bump.
The picture was first seen on entertainment website TMZ, and the Twittersphere went nuts for the story.
One user tweeted the following:
If the couple announced they were expecting it would round off a fairytale year for the A-list actor and his new wife.
The pair tied the knot in a lavish ceremony at the Aman Canal Grande Hotel in Venice in September.
The first pictures of their wedding appeared in Hello! and People magazines just days after the ceremony.
And, just last week, we were treated to more amazing pictures of the dream wedding, showing the newlyweds enjoying their first dance, as well as seeing the bride posing with her husband and his ushers in another incredible dress by the late Oscar de la Renta. Sigh.
Surely the pitter patter of tiny feet isn't far off?
