Jake Hayman

CEO, The Social Investment Consultancy; Founder, Future First

Jake is the CEO of The Social Investment Consultancy (TSIC). He
co-founded the firm following four years working in New York with the
foundation arm of the social-purpose business Peaceworks. He speaks
regularly on the future of philanthropy, corporate community engagement and social enterprise.

Jake is an investor in a number of start-up businesses and founded social enterprise Future First which is building alumni communities in over 500 state schools in the UK and Kenya to mobilise local volunteers, career role models, mentors and donors for state schools.

Jake funded the start up of his first business through a semi-professional poker career and sits on the Local Advisory Board of George Green's School in Tower Hamlets. On top of a BA, he won a fellowship to an executive education programme at Columbia Business School and graduated a short course in Global Health from Imperial College London.
