The former president was held in contempt of court for a 10th time on Monday.
Trump may be trying to wriggle his way out of testifying, which he'd previously pledged to do.
"I'm not even supposed to be talking to you," the indicted former president falsely claimed to his supporters.
The former president had also lashed out at the judge and his daughter in Truth Social posts on Tuesday.
