The European Broadcasting Union (EBU) say they "regret" that certain delegations "didn’t respect the spirit of the rules and the competition".
"The EBU is not what Eurovision is. F*** the EBU. I don’t even care anymore."
Compared to last year's broadcast, viewing figures dropped by almost a quarter.
"There were a lot of things that didn’t seem like it was all about love and unity," the Switzerland representative claimed.
Israel's presence in the contest has led to backlash and even calls for a boycott from some fans.
Israeli singer Eden Golan is officially through to Saturday's live final.
