Whitney joined the Education Policy Institute to work on its mental health, wellbeing & inclusion research strand in 2017. She graduated with an MSc in Social Epidemiology from UCL in 2015, and has previously researched the impact of stigma and discrimination on the well-being of people living with HIV in the UK and the health effects of economic transition in Eastern Europe. Whitney has also worked on a campaign to promote reading for enjoyment among children and young people in Cape Town.
