Gee Elliott began her career within the private equity industry before moving to East Africa where she co-founded Grass Roots Cafe and Deli whilst running a charity focused on enterprise and education. She is now back in the UK creating a sustainable natural food brand with the underlying mission to rethink our relationship with food and about the impact it has upon our health and our environment
