Sam Mottahedan is a researcher in international criminal and human rights law, with a particular interest in the rights of prisoners. He is currently a Co-Director at Vocalise UK, a prison education programme administered by Gray's Inn, London. He spent three months working with capital defence attorneys in Austin, Texas, through the charity Amicus ALJ.
