Tory Party Speeches, #AskJPM, David Dimbleby's Tattoo And More: Funny Tweets Of The Week

Funny Tweets Of The Week

It was the week David Cameron spoke about austerity while standing next to a gold throne and behind a gold lectern; the week the Conservative Party appeared to delete every pre-2010 speech from their website, and the week Grant Shapps prompted the second funniest Twitter hashtag of the week, #ToryBuzzFeed. The funniest, of course, being the surprisingly short-lived #AskJPM.

And in the world of entertainment - as if all the above wasn't entertaining enough - Miley Cyrus smoked, erm, something at the EMAs, John McCririck lost his appeal and David Dimbleby got himself a tattoo. Goodness knows how he explained that to his parents.

All these events and many more are covered in this week's round-up of tweets. Take it away, funny people of Twitter...
