It looks like a job interview. A job interview which is going really, really badly.
Unfortunately for former Prime Minister Tony Blair it looks like he's the hopeful candidate being grilled by a younger, hungrier and more powerful boss.
The now peace envoy to the Middle East was meeting a confident looking David Cameron at the British Consulate in Jerusalem on day two of his trip to Israel and the West Bank.
In the remarkable pictures swaggering Cameron is seen using animated hand gestures, while keen-to-impress Blair sits down looking uncomfortable during the 20-minute meeting.
Later today Cameron will meet Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas.
