Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are reportedly planning to get married later on this week.
What’s even more shocking is that the couple are in fact hoping to keep the ceremony private.
Yes, you heard that right. Kim Kardashian. Kanye West. Private.

According to TMZ, the famous pair already have a marriage licence, and even filed for a “confidential” one meaning they won’t have to appear at a courthouse to get married, and can actually hold the ceremony at home.
Of course, a home ceremony would be a lot more private if Kim’s house wasn’t full of E! cameramen filming ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’, but it’s a nice thought, at least.
Anyone hoping to see Instagram photos of the couple's blow-out wedding need not worry, though - they're still going ahead with the lavish Paris ceremony they’ve been planning since getting engaged last year, though they’ll reportedly be saying “I do” in a smaller, more intimate ceremony beforehand.
Kanye proposed to Kim back in October, after hiring out an entire baseball stadium so he could pop the question to the reality star, which allegedly set him back over $6 million.
However, this won’t be Kim’s first time walking down the aisle. She previously got hitched to record producer Damon Thomas, as well as basketball player Kris Humphries, who she filed for divorce from in 2011 after just 72 days of marriage.
Kimye's Vogue cover
To prepare for their wedding, Kim and Kanye featured in a bridal-themed photo shoot for fashion magazine Vogue, which also featured them on the cover, prompting a backlash from some members of the fashion world.
However, the controversy has obviously translated into sales, as it was reported this week the issue featuring the couple is on track to become the highest-selling issue of Vogue ever.
