The former ‘EastEnders’ star, who was famously photographed with a deformed nostril after years of cocaine abuse, spoke frankly about her addiction in a conversation with fellow housemates Darren Day and John Partridge.
After Darren admitted he didn’t even know what cocaine was until he was 28-years-old but it ‘had him on his first night’, the actress agreed.

"Oh yeah, it will get you,” she said. “And when it does, you will never be able to have a relationship with any person or any job. You can't while you're on that stuff."
Although she has relapsed on several occasions, Danniella is now clean, but admitted she can’t ‘be in a room with that stuff’.
"Being in the same room as that stuff now is impossible," she added. "I try not to think about it. I remember when I first relapsed, I was like 'shit'. At that point, I knew my life was on the edge of spiraling out of control.
"This is it for me now. I need to to clear the shit that I’m carrying."
But despite her past struggles, Danniella reckons there is something even more addictive than cocaine - fame.
"It's by far the most addictive thing out there," she explained. "I see that in a lot of people. Especially the ones who are reality based stars. They are desperate for that fame."
‘Celebrity Big Brother’ returns to Channel 5 tonight at 9pm.
