The art of ‘bun dropping’ is the latest social media phenomenon being hailed as the “newest Instagram hair trend”.

Except, it’s not really so new.

Remember that iconic ‘Friends’ episode where Denise Richards guest starred as Ross and Monica’s cousin and inadvertently seduced everyone in her path with this mesmerising bun drop and hair flip?

Yep, that one.

People are making their own video versions and posting them on Instagram. Some are even adding slow-mo for extra effect.

We can’t look away!

This is 2001 all over again.
