Feminist, development advocate, cyclist, knitter. All views are my own

I am a public health nurse from Manchester. In 2012 I took a career break and worked for VSO Nepal partnered with a local women's organisation in rural Nepal for 27 months. I worked in the community with women's groups informing them of their health rights and involving women in decision-making processes. Now back living in the UK, I am advocating for development issues and women's rights globally. In my spare time I enjoy cycling, yoga, and knitting, as well as getting involved in community groups, local issues and political discussions.
