The Rt Hon Nick Herbert has been Member of Parliament for Arundel & South Downs since 2005. From 2010-12 he was Minister of State for Policing and Criminal Justice. Prior to his election he was the Director of the think tank Reform (2002-5) and was Chief Executive of Business for Sterling (1998-2000).
