European refugee crisis volunteer
A volunteer with a business management background, Ralph has focused his energy towards improving coordination and the allocation of limited resources to protect refugees. He's worked alongside government officials, major charities and, most importantly, countless NGOs and volunteer groups to improve conditions for those landing in Europe. In 2015 along with other volunteers he founded a private refugee camp next to Moria on the island of Lesvos, efficiently and cheaply offering protection to those who most needed it free from external interference.
