British Airways Twitter Gets Sassy With Piers Morgan, Immediately Has Second Thoughts

Piers Morgan can be a divisive figure, particularly when his unique style of tweeting is involved.

On Tuesday morning he used his social media presence to suggest his placement on a British Airways flight to London was an example of his heightened celebrity.

He essentially said he was more well known than Golden Globe winner Brad Pitt.

So Brad Pitt just got on my @British_Airways plane to London. He's in seat 6F, I'm in 1A.
This settles my celebrity status once and for all.

Luckily, the social media team at BA were on hand to offer a suitably sassy response.

Although one suggests 'Anthony' may have quickly been having second thoughts and weighing up his job prospects.
