How The US Saw The Three-Hour UK Parliamentary Debate On Banning Donald Trump In A One-Minute Video

MPs in Britain spent three hours debating whether Donald Trump should be banned from the UK for his anti-Muslim remarks - even though the prospects of the US Presidential hopeful being barred are slim to none.

However, prompted by a 500,000-strong petition calling for a Trump import embargo, MPs got stuck in to the business tycoon - whose interests include golf course in Scotland.

The use of uniquely British language and references to roast beef must have been been a curious sight for viewers in America as pictures were beamed live back across the pond. The video above shows how our US cousins The Huffington Post saw it.
