We know, we know, you haven't even thought about Christmas yet. After all, it's only June and the summer holidays are only just about to start.

However, Argos have released their predictions for the most sought after toys for Christmas 2015 and we think you will probably want to have a peek.

Mixing in the traditional toys with newer models and a boost of smart technology, there's a real variety on offer.

Argos stated that 90% of children play with toys inspired by their favourite TV shows and films, so be prepared for some silver screen inspiration within the toys, too.

But many of the toys on the list are similar to those that parents may have played with when they were younger and of course LEGO, Barbie and Nerf make an appearance.

The predicted favourites include Lego City Deep Sea Exploration, Minions Tumbling Stuart, Nerf Modulus and Real FX, race cars with artificial intelligence.

There'll be no last-minute panic buying when you've still got six months to go, anyway...

Argos Top Toys For Christmas 2015
Little Live Pets Clever Keet(01 of12)
Open Image Modal
These are sort of like having a pet bird, but without all the hassle. Rather than just staring in mid air, they apparently sing, chirp and tweet (and even whistle tunes when they are happy). £59.99 (credit:Argos)
Nerf Modulus(02 of12)

The latest Nerf gun is here, and your kids are probably going to want it. It shoots out foam darts (don't worry, they aren't dangerous) but the latest design includes a precision scope, shoulder stock, dual-rail barrel extension, drop-down grip, a banana clip and ten Elite Darts. Basically it's a whole lot better than the last. £59.99 (credit:Argos)
Real FX(03 of12)

These racing cars have artificial intelligence (AI) built in and kids can race against another virtual opponent right there in the living room. So it's sort of like your child is playing a racing video game, but in real life.£99.99 (credit:Argos)
Shopkins Scoop Ice Cream Truck(04 of12)
Open Image Modal
Kids love ice creams, so they will probably love imaginary games with them, too. The playset includes ice cream characters, cooler bags and a sandwich board ready for the game to begin. They can even sing the ice cream truck tune too, if they want. £19.99 (credit:Argos)
Pie Face(05 of12)
Open Image Modal
All the fun of that classic pie face trick you see on the TV, but never in real life. You can load the throwing arm with whatever you want - be it squirty cream or just water - so if it lands on you, you're probably going to get messy.£19.99 (credit:Argos)
My Friend Freddy(06 of12)

The teddy bear of 2015 of course includes technology, too. You download an app to use with the bear and type in all sort of information about your child... so the bear basically "knows" them. The app also helps them with counting colours, animals and loads more. £39.99 (credit:Argos)
Frozen Sing-A-Long Elsa(07 of12)

Elsa is an icon among kids these days and this doll gives them a chance to sing along with the princess herself using the microphone.£39.99 (credit:Argos)
Minions Tumbling Stuart(08 of12)

More than simply a cuddly toy, Stuart the minion is designed to make everyone laugh. He actually falls over backwards, talks, laughs and falls on his face. £49.99 (credit:Argos)
Chad Valley 3 Storey Summer Winter Dolls House(09 of12)
Open Image Modal
It's probably going to be as tall as your kids, but let them build a complete home for their barbies and dolls with this colourful (and pretty big) pop-up, three-storey house. They can choose what rooms they will sleep in, relax in, and invite other dolls over, too. Fancy.£149.99 (credit:Argos)
Thunderbirds Interactive Tracy Island(10 of12)
Open Image Modal
This playset is actually based on the famous Tracy Island and of course uses technology to recreate launch sequences that children would've seen in the film. There are loads of rescue sounds so they can play a more realistic game, as well as a moveable pool and the Brain's Laboratory. £79.99 (credit:Argos)
Barbie Style Your Way House(11 of12)

The new Barbie Style Your Way house is set to be popular as children are able to choose how they build their doll's house and what room ends up where. £99.99 (credit:Argos )
