I started off as a slightly overweight twenty-something who knew very little about food and nutrition, however once my metabolism started to slow down on me, I knew it was time to take action.
I began cutting out the foods that were obviously bad for me and started cooking from scratch. Before I knew it, I started to enjoy real food and flavour which I combined with a more active lifestyle.
Today I share my recipes with as many people as I can and try to find a healthy/delicious balance (with the occasional treat thrown in!).
