Dr Gunter Kuhnle is Associate Professor in Nutrition and Health at the Hugh Sinclair Nutrition Group at the University of Reading. After graduating as Biochemist from the University of Leipzig, Germany, he conducted research in London and Cambridge into how chemicals from plants interact with the human body. His current research continues to focus on the chemistry of plant-based materials in humans, but also more generally on links between diet and health in the general public.
