Jeremy is the Head of Mishcon de Reya's Intellectual Property Department. He specialises in contentious intellectual property, advising on all aspects of intellectual property protection and enforcement (such as trade marks, copyright, confidential information, trade secrets, designs, passing off and patents).
He is an acknowledged expert on injunctions including search, freezing and disclosure orders. He is one of the UK's top anti-counterfeiting lawyers with clients coming from a range of sectors, notably IT (software & hardware), pharmaceuticals, retail and luxury goods.
Jeremy is a member of the International Trademark Association (INTA) and sits on INTA's Internet Committee. He is also a member of the Anti-Counterfeiting Group (ACG).
