Hi, I'm Lizi!

I help busy women in their 30's achieve sustainable weight-loss by using proven techniques and client centred coaching to help them make healthy fitness and nutrition practices a part of everyday life.

Since beginning work in the fitness industry over 10 years ago now, I have worked in many roles such as gym instructor, group instructor, exercise on referral assessor and personal trainer.
After years of training clients in person, while I loved it, I also began to feel a bit frustrated. Not only was the expense of working with me in the gym one-to-one a barrier for a lot of clientele, but I was limited to one location so if a client didn't live close, I couldn't work with them. My time was so limited that a convenient schedule with all of my clients became impossible.

Because of that I'm now working with clients online and many of my clients are actually getting better results working remotely with me than they did in person. Not only that, but it costs less, and scheduling is a non-factor!
I'm also really excited to now be able to take on new clients anywhere in the world.

My vision is to give as many people as I can, the tools for sustainable fat loss and improved health, with the added confidence to implement and maintain these tools long after we finish working together.
