Young photographer and writer on the spectrum doing what he can to elevate the conversation around autism and disability.

I am a disability advocate, writer and photographer who has made it a personal mission to contribute positively, in whatever way he can, to the discourse surrounding disability and the autism spectrum. Ever since I became more active in working with other disabled and neurodiverse people, which coincided with me leaving special education for mainstream college, I have felt frustration about the underrepresentation of these voices in art and media. By the time I reached my final year of university I felt strongly enough about it to make autism and disability the primary focus of my work. I hope that I can use the platforms which I have been given to promote the value of neurodiversity and elucidate the disabled experience.
