Sarah Podro is an Acas senior adviser.
She provides advice, training, facilitation, mediation and collective conciliation in industrial disputes.
She has worked with a large number of employers and trade unions across public, private and third sector organisations.
She is the author and editor of many of Acas' authoritative policy discussion papers including The Future of Workplace Relations - a series looking at the impact of different future trends on employment relations.
Prior to coming to Acas she worked for the Industrial Relations Services where she was a researcher/journalist on the Equal opportunities Review; and as a freelance researcher specialising in gender and employment issues.
