“We can confirm that Archie is going to be a big brother."
It's the first time the public has heard the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's son speak.

“Holy ‘me first.’ This is the Megan show."
The world got to get a peek of Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor today, as Meghan and Kate watched Prince Harry and William play in a charity polo game. They were competing for the Khun Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha Memorial Polo Trophy, in honour of the Leicester City chairman who was killed in a helicopter crash in October last year.
The event was held in secret and some details remain a mystery.
The Duke and Duchess Of Sussex chose to keep the ceremony private, prompting criticism.
The service will be held at Windsor Castle.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have had a busy first year of marriage. After a fairytale wedding which nearly two billion people worldwide tuned in to watch, the pair dove straight into their royal duties. Between them they’ve lent their substantial star power to charities supporting mental health, Grenfell survivors and the arts, to name a few. On the first day of their royal tour to visit to Australia, Fiji, the Kingdom of Tonga, and New Zealand, they revealed to the world that Meghan was pregnant with their first child. Nine months of feverous bump-watching ensued, and the world got to meet Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor, just weeks before their first anniversary.
"I've got nine years of uncling under my belt."
