I am enjoying being in the company of those who recognise the opportunities that a qualifications framework creates and proud that I am able to offer my support as Bosnia and Herzegovina attempts to realise those opportunities. I am worried though that in the UK we have got so used to having the FHEQ that we have become complacent as to its importance, we must all guard against this.
We can and we should provide both if the decades-long international system of protection of civilians and regulation of warfare is to have any meaning. It is urgent to ensure the safe passage of civilians in Eastern Aleppo according to International Law; and it is imperative to investigate the responsibility for the crimes that have already been committed.
Bosnia and Herzegovina isn't exactly at the top of many bucket lists. In fact most people I know could barely point it out on a map and my Irish friends are only familiar with the name thanks to it popping up in the Eurovision Song Contest every year!
