Steve Willingham

Forced to work for local government by day Steve Willingham spends his nights cramming as many movies into his life as he can. He also has a very tolerant wife and two cats

One of my earliest memories of cinema is turning to my sobbing mother during a screening of ET and asking why exactly it was that everyone in the cinema was in tears. Clearly I didn't get it. The ensuing years were full of such epic cinematic memories; sleeping with a bible for three weeks after watching Ghostbusters, an irrational fear of melting nazis after an early TV showing of Raiders of the Lost Ark and a three hour wait in the rain to watch the first showing of Michael Jackson's Moonwalker. Now, thirty years later, I write for www.filmoria.co.uk and my only wish in life is to share my view of film with others....oh and I still hate ET
