Postpartum Depression

I've been told I'm an inspiration, should be so proud of myself for getting through my postpartum psychosis – but my husband has lived through and overcome this too.
As the days went on and I slipped into postpartum depression, I realised I was one of those mums - the ones who don’t feel a deep connection to their baby
Gaining additional mental health support is nothing to feel ashamed about
From the darkest depths of my mind to being able to openly talk about it all, my biggest hope is that no one feels that they have to continue feeling this way
