The Duke and Duchess of Sussex presented at the Endeavour Fund Awards, supporting the physical and mental recovery of injured servicemen and women. The fund was launched by The Royal Foundation, created by Prince William and Prince Harry in 2009.
The Duke of Sussex met with young people from across the Commonwealth at a roundtable event in Lancaster House on 30 January 2019. On the agenda were topics ranging from youth unemployment to environmental issues - a subject close to the father-to-be’s heart.
Meghan Markle’s couture wedding dress has gone on display at Windsor Castle as part of an exhibition on her nuptials to Prince Harry in May. The dress was designed by Clare Waight Keller, the British artistic director of French fashion house Givenchy.
A royal source said Prince Harry is encouraging Meghan to "pace herself".
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex started off the fourth day of their royal tour with a trip to the famous Bondi Beach in Sydney. They joined in with a mental health awareness group on "Fluro Friday". Later in the day Prince Harry climbed Sydney Labour Bridge to raise the Invictus 2018 flag. The sporting event begins on Saturday.
As thousands lined the streets of the Botanical Gardens in Melbourne to catch a glimpse of Harry and Meghan, it was royal fan India Brown who got the Prince to break royal protocol and give her a hug.
The Duke & Duchess of Sussex’s first official tour as a married couple includes 76 engagements across 16 days. The whistle-stop commonwealth tour includes Australia, Fiji, Tonga and New Zealand.
People seem excited to see the royals – but crowds are thinner.
