The divisive news station previously confirmed it was launching an investigation after a rant by Fox about a female journalist on Wootton's show.
Ofcom has received a wave of complaints and GB News has also launched an investigation.
The judge told the former Apprentice star that his attacks on the journalist had “everything to do with your craving for celebrity status”.
"Your job is to be a gobs**** for a couple of hours a day."
The TV watchdog received 390 complaints after comments made by host Dan Wootton.
