Charlie is an early riser - getting up at 4am every weekday to co-present Heart Breakfast in Kent. She lives in Chislehurst, South East London with her boyfriend radio and TV presenter Jk (Jason King). Charlie is also an on-screen Presenter, Journalist , Writer and Event Host.

'The Couple and Co' - a podcast and expat radio show in a number of countries about relationships and life as a co-habiting couple. They do this with their good friend Nige who takes on the role of 'mediator'.
Charlie also loves to talk about popular culture and issues affecting modern life - especially women. She blogs under the title of
'RealGirlRamblings' as this sums it up perfectly. Sometimes lighthearted, sometimes emotional - no subject is off limits and is up for discussion.
