PR and communication specialist with over 15 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry, now working for the anti-leprosy NGO, ILEP

KJ is a PR and communications specialist with over 15 years experience in global/international product communications and corporate communications in biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies; working in agency, as a freelancer and as a FTE. She has recently moved to the not--for-profit world and loves working for the anti-leprosy NGO, the ILEP Federation, in Geneva.

KJ considers herself to be creative and practical, resilient and flexible and applies a pragmatic approach to work where possible. She thrives in a multicultural environment. She loves both a classic approach to communications as well as social media and digital communications. She has a cheerful disposition and finds it easy to like, respect and get along with people at work.

KJ considers her Christian faith to be life sustaining. She loves singing, skiing and being married to Mark and she considers herself a poster child for waiting for Mr or Ms Right. Outside work, her friends and family are incredibly important to her although she would like to spend more time with them.

KJ considers that we have a breathtaking, exciting and generous world but one that also contains appalling inequities and injustices. She is glad to be working for an organisation that this making the world a better place rather than the opposite.

KJ is excited by this blog.
