Phillip Blaen is a Conservation Scientist at the RSPB's Centre for Conservation Science. His research explores how restoring land for nature conservation can benefit both wildlife and people. Before joining the RSPB, he studied for a PhD at the University of Birmingham investigating how biodiversity in Arctic rivers will respond to climate change.
