Rachel is Policy Officer at Liberty, where she works on parliamentary campaigning and policy development, and is an expert on a range of human rights issues including privacy, police powers, counter-terrorism and access to justice.

Before coming to Liberty, Rachel worked as a barrister specialising in asylum and human rights law.
