Chief Exec of young and innovative Trust enabling ex-Service personnel and their families transition successfully into civilian life.

After graduating from Bristol University (Mech Eng), served 30 years in the Royal Air Force as a fast-jet, training and multi-engined pilot, commanded units and stations in the UK and overseas, served on combat operations, and taught at the UK's Defence Academy. Left in 2012 to become first CE of Forces in Mind Trust, a Lottery-endowed Trust whose mission is to enable ex-Service personnel and their families make a successful transition to civilian life by generating evidence to influence policy makers and service deliverers.
