Moderator Kaitlan Collins was steamrolled while trying to fact-check the ex-president, with the broadcaster facing a backlash for the town hall event.
The network seems to have stocked its audience with Trump-friendly voters who laughed about E Jean Carroll, whom Trump is liable for sexually assaulting.
"Good luck, CNN," the MSNBC host said. "But I wish you weren't doing this."

The cable network is accused of "committing journalistic suicide" by giving the former president an outlet.
Frederik Pleitgen, who was reporting in Kramatorsk during the attack, said Russia's war in Ukraine is one of "the most dangerous" he's ever covered.
“I was taken aback by how often I heard this,” McKay Coppins said on CNN.
Erin Burnett choked back tears as she spoke with Serhiy Perebyinis about the loss of his wife and children, who were killed in Russian shelling.
