The Downton Abbey film has had its world premiere in London, four years since the six-series period drama ended in 2015. Actor Kevin Doyle revealed how his character’s awkward curtsy at one point in the film was inspired by our previous Prime Minister, Theresa May.
The actor also said he's "channelling a bit of Boris" during the film's uncomfortable scene.

An official Downton Abbey gin has been produced by the Harrogate Tipple distillery in North Yorkshire ahead of the popular TV series' big-screen release. Made in prime Downton country, the botanicals used to produce the gin have been picked from the gardens of Ripley Castle estate.
Music from Downton Abbey will be performed live in an open-air concert on 22 June, some three months before the highly-anticipated film based on the series is released. The Chamber Orchestra of London will perform at the concert and the show's composer John Lunn will play the piano. Carson the Butler from the show will be hosting it.
