What I Learnt About Fitness Instructors Whilst Doing My 100 Sports And Fitness Classes In Year Challenge
Two years ago, I took on the challenge of trying 100 different sports and fitness classes in a year. My friends and family were concerned that I was having a mid-life crisis but I assure you, although the initial idea was alcohol influenced, I was deadly serious.
When it comes to making decisions, I'm probably one of the worst people for it. Seriously - about three months ago, I spent fifteen minutes stood in the fruit aisle of Tesco wondering if it was a red or green apple that I wanted for my lunch. (In the end, I got a green one.)
We were invited to talk about the recovering brain to a sold out paying audience - that's a first for me! (Ok, so it was only £8 a ticket, but that was the closest I'd get to being like my new guilty pleasure, Ariana Grande!!)
When I was diagnosed with cancer at the age of 17 it was a testing time. I was pretty much in denial and an array of emotions came over me, yeah I knew something was wrong, but I never thought it would be cancer.

You know you absolutely have to write that presentation. Your unconscious brain however might associate writing the presentation with pain, resentment, not being urgent enough and so it filters other information to your conscious mind which divert you to do other things in order to stop you being hurt.
If you want to stay focused and keep your dreams, desires and aspirations alive, a vision board is a must! You want to keep your desires on fire, create a mindset of possibilities and take baby step actions towards that date with your dream goal!
Doing it this way will mean that decluttering should become a habit for the rest of your life, because it's addictive to shape your life and home exactly as you want them to be, and you'll want to keep going!
But in my experience it can be ANYONE, and never think that the most confident, happy and loudest are okay, as along with everyone else they're usually the ones dealing with something like chronic stress, severe depression or anxiety.
