mum guilt

The Emmy winner spoke honestly about her "relentless daily mummy guilt" during an interview with Drew Barrymore.
"Women don’t need to be tied to the kitchen sink in order for their children to be able to listen to their bodies," said one parenting expert.
“I have never been poorer and never been happier and my boys are doing really well," says one mum, who quit her job running an events company.
She said the process was “very different” than she imagined it would be.
From not being able to afford things for our kids, to feeling guilty for spending time away from them – the parental guilt is real and overwhelming.
For all the parents feeling guilty: 'Don’t beat yourself up, you’ve got this.'
