The watchdog will not be investigating the matter, but criticised the BBC's lack of transparency about their complaints process.
He could be heard saying 'I am not having this' as he left the set.

The presenter has remained tight-lipped about the matter since she was first found to be in breach of the BBC's impartiality guidelines – a decision which was later overturned.
He stuck up for the BBC Breakfast presenter after the corporation's director-general overturned ruling saying she had breached their guidelines.
