Barcelona Midfielder Cesc Fabregas Does A Dance In Bid To Put Off Goalkeeper Before Free-Kick (VIDEO)

Cesc's Silly Dance (VIDEO)

Radhi Jaidi and Anderson have done it before in the Premier League, but Cesc Fabregas took distractive dancing to another level.

Barcelona's midfield maestro was caught on camera jumping up and down, and even striking some Bruce Grobbelaar jelly leg moves, in a bid to put off Levante goalkeeper Gustavo Munua.

The accompanying video is set to the Benny Hill theme tune, but Fabregas could be a seventh member of Monty Python, with his contender for a Silly Walk prior to Lionel Messi's free-kick.

But 24-year-old Fabregas' efforts were futile as his Argentinian team-mate fired well over, causing Munua no concern.

Despite going a goal behind, Messi bagged a brace to keep Barca four points behind Primera Liga leaders Real Madrid, whom they host in Saturday night's Clasico.

The duo could face one another in the Champions League final too, should Madrid defeat Bayern Munich and the Catalans conquer Chelsea.

Already the rivals have faced each other on five occasions this season.

Other free-kick distractors:

RADHI JAIDI (BIRMINGHAM) V EVERTON, 2008

Look out for number 24 amidst the grainy, best-we-could-do footage.

ANDERSON (MANCHESTER UNITED) V ARSENAL, 2011)

Like Jaidi, but unlike Fabregas, Anderson also gets results.
