Luis Suárez took a leaf out of Jürgen Klinsmann's book with his sardonic diving celebration under the nose of David Moyes during the Merseyside derby. Whereas some would argue Klinsmann had far more redeeming features than the largely loathed Uruguayan, it was a fearless act in front of the Everton manager.
