Aside from their crowd-pleasing football and fervent support, another reason why everyone should be glad Mexico have progressed to the World Cup round-of-16 is their manager, Miguel Herrera.

One look at Herrera tells you how combustible a figure he is. During El Tri's 3-1 defeat of Croatia, he raged at a penalty, went loco at Rafael Márquez's opener and was bowled over by Paul Aguilar whilst celebrating Andrés Guardado's clincher.
